This document outlines how the purchase flow works for all digital products and services offered on Scan2Shop.com, including QR store creation and digital tools.
Scan2Shop.com offers two types of digital business solutions:
✦ Scan2Shop – Ecommerce QR Store Solution (for product-based businesses)
✦ Scan2Book – WhatsApp Booking QR Service (for service-based businesses)
Below is the complete purchase workflow, from browsing to activation.
1. Browse & Choose Your Service
✦ Visit Scan2Shop.com
✦ Explore two main services:
✦ Scan2Shop – Create your online store with QR code access to sell legal products.
✦ Scan2Book – WhatsApp-based booking system for service professionals (doctors, salons, trainers, rentals, electricians, caterers, etc.)
✦ View features, pricing, and plan benefits
✦ Select the required plan and click Buy Now or Get Started
2. Account Registration / Login
✦ If you bought a service we will activate the appropriate service with your name, email, phone number, and business details
✦ You users can simply log in. This account will give you access to your store/booking dashboard
3. Make Secure Payment
✦ Proceed to checkout and make payment through our available payment methods
✦ You are purchasing digital service access, not physical goods
✦ Payment confirmation and invoice will be emailed to your registered ID
⚠ Note: Scan2Shop.com does not directly provide payment gateway service for your customers.
But we will help and guide you to activate your own payment gateway using your GST and business documents.
4. Service Setup & Activation
If you purchased Scan2Shop (Ecommerce Store):
✦ We will activate your digital store panel.
✦ You can add your own products, prices, business details, logo, address, delivery areas, contact, etc.
✦ We will provide your branded Business Store QR Code
✦ Customers can scan and place orders directly with you (COD or via your own payment link)
If you purchased Scan2Book (WhatsApp Service Booking):
✦ We will create your WhatsApp-based booking QR Code with your branding
✦ The QR will open a customized online booking form with:
✔ Service provider details
✔ Available services / slots
✔ Customer inquiry form
✦ After form submission, booking details will be sent directly to your WhatsApp
✦ You can then contact the client and schedule the service
5. Payment Gateway Support:
✦ We don’t provide our own gateway for your business
✦ But we will guide you to apply and activate your own payment gateway using your GST, PAN, bank account, business KYC, etc.
✦ Once approved, you can integrate into your store for direct customer payments
Your customer → Scans QR → Fills booking form → You receive it on WhatsApp → You confirm
6. Launch, Share & Grow
Once your QR solution is ready:
✦ Download or print your branded QR code
✦ Share it on: Visiting Cards, Shop Boards, Social Media, Packaging, WhatsApp Status, Brochures / Hoardings
✦ Your customers can scan to:
Browse & Shop (Scan2Shop)
Inquire & Book (Scan2Book)
7. Service Validity & Renewal
✦ Services are subscription-based (annual plans)
✦ Renewal reminders will be sent before expiry
✦ You may renew to keep your digital solutions active

✦ All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu.
