1. Scope
This Delivery Policy applies to the purchase of digital products and software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions offered by Scan2Shop. Because these are non-physical items, all deliveries are made electronically via email, WhatsApp or Telegram (as selected during checkout).
2. Delivery Methods
Email: A downloadable link, license key or account activation details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
WhatsApp: If you choose WhatsApp delivery, a message containing the download link, activation instructions or access credentials will be sent to the phone number you provided.
Telegram: For those selecting Telegram, a message will be delivered to your Telegram handle with the necessary product access or instructions.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Automatic deliveries: Immediately upon successful payment confirmation, you should receive your digital product access via the selected medium (email/WhatsApp/Telegram).
Manual verification (if required): If additional verification is needed (e.g., identity confirmation, business account review), delivery will be completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation unless otherwise communicated.
For subscription services: Access credentials or account link will be provided at time of first billing or within the above timeframe.
4. Delivery Failures
If you do not receive your digital delivery within the specified timeframe:
Check your email/spam folder, WhatsApp number, or Telegram notifications.
Ensure the information you entered at checkout (email address, phone number, Telegram handle) was correct.

Note: Delivery failures due to incorrect contact details provided are the purchaser’s responsibility; resending may involve a service reopen fee if additional manual action is required.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
As digital products and SaaS are delivered electronically, once access has been granted (e.g., link sent, account activated), they are generally non-refundable, unless a technical fault or service failure can be demonstrated and recognized by Scan2Shop. For subscription services, you may cancel future renewals via your account or by contacting support, but any billing already completed remains non-refundable.
6. Data & Privacy
Your delivery method (email/WhatsApp/Telegram) will use the contact details you provide. We safeguard your data in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Please keep login credentials and activation links secure. If you believe someone else has gained unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
7. Changes to the Policy
Scan2Shop reserves the right to modify or update this Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting the updated policy on the website with a revised “Effective Date”.
